I work a lot of hours so when I come home there isn’t much that I want to do aside from relax. If I lived in a regular house then I would have all of these chores that would have to be done before I could settle down for the day. That is why I stopped looking at houses when I was searching for a new place to live and only looked at condos regina. The condo that I am living in right now is just the right size for me. I have plenty of living space and none of those extra rooms that I don’t need. Plus, when you buy a condo then you usually don’t have to take care of yard work or anything else like that which is very time consuming. My condo association fees will pay for anything that breaks such as a leaky roof or other building issue.
